Principal & Co-Founder

A notorious food lover and enthusiastic supporter of the Las Vegas culinary scene, Kathryn has spent her career supporting some of the biggest names in hospitality and gaming. After earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Kathryn joined the marketing team at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino on the renowned Las Vegas Strip where she supported restaurants by Alain Ducasse, Hubert Keller, and Michael Mina. At Mandalay Bay, Kathryn learned the ins and outs of marketing and advertising at an exciting time of explosive growth for the destination’s hospitality industry.

A call from New Jersey brought Kathryn to Atlantic City to join Caesars Entertainment. As part of the marketing and regional public relations group, Kathryn worked on high-profile events such as the Out in AC and Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival, supporting personalities like Tyler Florence, Paula Deen, and Andrew Zimmern through advertising, event, and media relations support.

After earning a master’s degree in business from Penn State and eating her way through the East Coast, Kathryn returned to Las Vegas. Upon her return, Kathryn served as a senior account executive and account director for two of Las Vegas’ top public relations firms, working with national chefs before launching Authentic Public Relations & Marketing.

Kate Stowell

A Las Vegas native, Kate Stowell grew up with an eye on the ever-evolving Las Vegas Valley. Upon earning a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Kate launched her career in journalism, where her byline was regularly featured in publications across Las Vegas, including<em> Vegas/Rated, Vegas Seven and Las Vegas Weekly. In a city with no shortage of award-winning restaurants, events, and attractions, Kate enjoyed an active life as a writer and influencer before making the leap to work with brands and personalities directly.

With a passion for hospitality and dining, Kate transitioned seamlessly into the public relations realm. She has worked with some of the city's top public relations agencies and with internationally recognized brands including Bellagio, ARIA and Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas.Working to promote Las Vegas’ dynamic hospitality scene, Kate has secured numerous stories in local, national and international publications for a variety of brands and openings including Delano Las Vegas and Michelin-starred Chef Alain Ducasse’s newest venues, Rivea Las Vegas and Skyfall Lounge.

Outside of planning and executing public relations and communications strategies, Kate enjoys seeing, eating and drinking in the world.
